test

This information relates to all students, new and current, that are signing up for the One-to-One Netbook program for the first time.

In order for your son/daughter to receive a new Netbook as part of the One-to-One Netbook program, there are a number of processes that need to be completed. Firstly, parents/guardians need to complete the online One to One Netbook Program Acceptance form for Year 7 Students 2016 (or the relevant year level) by the due date.

Secondly, your son/daughter must attend a Netbook training session, accompanied by a parent or guardian, prior to picking up the Netbook. Once the training session has been attended, a new Netbook can be provided.

Families who have accepted the offer to enter into the One to One Netbook Program for 2016 will be able to attend training and collect the student’s Netbook on the dates listed below. Please note that the sessions on Thursday 21st January is the same day as book collection.

Families must book seats for the training session through Trybooking on http://www.trybooking.com/JQUM. Due to limited seating availability, there will be a maximum of 3 seats available per family. The session times are as follows:

Morning Session – Thursday 21st January:
Session 1. 10:00 am
Note: Booklist collection is available for
Surnames A-M from 9 am to 12 pm.

Afternoon Session – Thursday 21st January:
Session 2. 1:00 pm
Note: Booklist collection is available for
Surnames N-Z from 12:30 to 4:30 pm.

Evening Session – Monday 1st February:

Session 3. 7:00 pm

Note: Term 1 begins for students on Friday 29th January 2016.

All students will need to provide the following forms, completed by both themselves and their parent/guardian, when collecting the Netbook (and or attending a training session):

• Acceptable Use Agreement (all 4 pages)
• Netbook Usage Policy Agreement (only last page, p13)

These forms are available on the College website www.greensc.vic.edu.au. Printed forms will also be available on the day of training and/or collection.

Any families still unable to attend the above sessions should contact the ICT Coordinator either via email on sramos@greensc.vic.edu.au or via voicemail on 03 9433 2664, option 1.

If you have not yet opted in to the program and would now like to, forms are also available on the College website. Please complete these forms and bring them in to the General Office prior to the Netbook training session.
